*Abamdonment Date/Monthly Fee.  USE YOUR CARD SOON!  Although the Card carries no expiration date under Iowa law any unused funds which remain on the card three years from the tade it is purchased are presumed to be abandoned.  Those remaining available funds on your card are required by Iowa law to be ransferred to the State Treasury and can only be recovered upon application with the Treasurer's Office.  ALSO BE AWARE that starting 12 months after the date your Card is purchased we will deduct a monthly service fee of $2.50 from your available funds.
